Skint and looks like no one is free tonight so probably tea (not sure what) then bed.

Saturday watch the footie then fill the afternoon with whatever. Later on I'll watch the boxing then the Aldo vs Potato Munching Gobsh!te, if I can be bothered to stay up.

Sunday do washing and other chores, Sunday dinner, see mates if they're free.

Brother just came in my room and said the Whoopsie guy at Asda had just done his rounds. Ran over and got a big super cheesy pizza, Chinese chicken curry for 2 and a Chinese share platter all for 65p. Tea sorted. Result.

Such a negative attitude - he could be "the one"
I doubt it. I do not jive that well with him but I think we just find value in our conversations since we're both temporary transplants from opposite coasts.

I have a negative attitude because it's almost impossible to have a meaningful relationship at this point in my life given my career. I was with "the one" for 4 years but the stress from multiple deployments on our relationship broke it up. He was a guy from Leicester that I met at the University of Virginia. Great guy. Such a shame.

Bets put on been to some boss farm shop in ormskirk for some scran breaky stuffs plus pies and steaks and that. Few bottles of estrella for tonight watching the boxing going to order a curry As well. No plans on leaving the house again until tomorrow

Wife and I were meant to go to Belfast for a walk about the Christmas market but it is pouring with rain. However the rain means the rivers will be full of water so I will have a bit of sport tomorrow in my kayak.

WOW! that is terrible, never nice to be left with a broken heart, least of all by a chap from Leicester!

This new beau, is he what we term a fvck-buddy?

I suppose job like yours will invariably mean a lot of time away and, well, if you can't take em with you it's going to be hard.

How much longer do you plan doing your job?

Honestly would have been better to break up while I was still overseas. When you come home it's time to decompress from combat and the last thing you want to deal with is relationship drama. Made me upset for a little while.

No, he's not a screw buddy. I can retire with full benefits in 10.5 years but I plan to do something closely related to my job after. My career is more important to me than a relationship but it is nice to have someone there for you. I cannot seem to find someone that respects me enough to get my hopes up so I'm ready to say f it all.

On the train out of Norwich now, and then we're straight out on it in London for a bit of a xmas night out. Curry on Brick Lane might well feature
