Anyways, after reading a hundred "which EPL team should I choose" threads and the like, I found myself most attracted to Everton, Liverpool (I know, I know), Fulham, Newcastle, Bolton, Aston Villa, Tottenham, and West Ham.

Based solely on reading the internet, Liverpool actually sounds pretty good - "great fans", "loyal captain", "best theme song", etc etc. I also liked that they have a friendship with Borussia Monchengladbach, who I must root for because of an unhealthy obsession with Michael Bradley. Know how I was rescued from gobshitism? Well, I was watching youtube vids for all the teams, and I watched a YNWA rendition and I was like, "I guess that's kind of neat... what song is that anyways?" Tracked down the original - What. The. Eff. (I would link it, but I'm not allowed yet.)

The internet is completely wrong!

Their fans live off their history, and are very often wrong in footballing debates.

As for "loyal captain", the same man who put in a transfer request a few years ago? The same man who also attacked a DJ because he refused to play a song he requested, and apparently got a 16-year-old pregnant when he has a wife and kids.

Z-Cars is a far better tune to come out to than the [Poor language removed] they play over the park.

Welcome from sunny Florida, HE! I'll overlook the pineapple/pizza thing - beyond that, you are very sound on all fronts. This place is rife with us Yanks these days, and this is a very welcoming place to hang out. The local crew from L5 and surrounding districts are a sound bunch of lids.

I've given the pizza question a lot of thought lately, and will share them with the GOT multitudes soon. Always good to find another Evertonian - remember, we do not choose, we are chosen.
