We're going down aren't we?

Ipswich
Southampton
Leicester
Everton.

3 of those 4 look the most likely. Need to finish top of that table.

Living the dream.
Come season end those three will almost definitely be down there, I’d also say;

Bournemouth
Brentford
Fulham
Palace
Wolves
Forest

Could well end up in a scrap. Like Palace last season though most of those sides have enough quality to turn it around when they inevitably roll the dice on a new manager.

Look at the turnaround in Villa (who were circling the plug pre-Emery).

Most of those sides haven’t got outstanding quality to rely on every week to keep them out of danger if they have a slump - but almost all of them have more than enough to be comfortable.

We find ourselves in with the other three unfortunately, maybe add Forest in there but they look half decent.

hope your
right!

it’s early days. but i still feel every other team as pace and power

we have zero
Most do, we didn’t last year either though and would have been comfy without the points deductions.

We just can’t let the game get stretched or start trying to play football - look at Burnley last season, look at Southampton this. We don’t have the players either, it would be a massacre.

whats thoughts then if we lose to villa?

well when we lose ☹️

Same fixtures last season had the following results:
Everton 1 - 1 Brighton
Tottenham 2 - 1 Everton
Everton 3 - 0 Bournemouth

So we’re already 4 points down on these fixtures from last year, not to mention -10 goal difference. Difficult to spin this positively

I think our situation is being amplified somewhat as these 3 defeats have come in the first 3 games hence the meltdown, during last season 11/12 game run without a win there was plenty of losses in there and we were abysmal at times, I genuinely think we have a better balanced squad now (rb is a huge problem aside) and the first 80 mins on Saturday was as good as we've been in a long-time, I don't think we'll be in bother this year, that said I would replace dyche with Potter immediately, not a knee jerk reaction I just think it's the right thing to do and no point waiting 10 games in when we could be in serious bother

Sit in the fence mate

As an outsider looking in, I recall the days of my own team circling the pan like a turd that wouldnt go away from 2012-2016 until the chain finally got pulled properly and away we went.....it was a matter of time and circumstance and most supporters had pretty much reconciled themselves to our fate a long time before it eventually happened.

I don't see that same antipathy with you guys - ok, a [Poor language removed] result yesterday, but the performance for 86 minutes looked pretty decent. We didnt have a good performance in nearly 3 seasons ! You have a beautiful new ground to look forward to, an engaged and passionate fan base and a prospective new owner with a few quid to spend. I must admit that I thought Dyche was only ever a short term solution to a short term problem and that's probably how it'll pan out.

You have more than enough quality to stay in the league and I'm sure you will - the Premier League needs its grand old clubs like Everton and Villa, just as much as it needs shithouse Johnny-come-latelys like Chelsea and nation-state project clubs like 115 Charges FC and the Horse-Punchers.

I'm guessing Dyche will be looking for a reaction in your next league game- no offence, but I hope he doesn't get one just yet.....

This is defeatist tosh.

I must admit that I felt the same several times during Frank's tenure. I was at Turf Moor the night that Burnley came from behind to beat us. I knew that night that we'd be doing down... but we fans got the players over the line and we survived. Incidentally, a certain ginger haired fella was the manager of Burnley that night.
