Someone was mentioning the stats earlier, bet365 show us having 9 shots (4 on target) against 1 (off target) from WBA.

I agree we haven't been at our best, but really we more than deserve being 1 nil up at half time.

Not the best half we've played. If we play osman behind the striker against Liverpool we will be letting gerrard off the hook.

We've looked decent going forward but very sloppy in defence. Anelka has popped up in the hole way too much for my liking!\

Good goal though and Mirallas has played well. I'm a bit iffy on this system though.

COYB lets do these!

*cough*

WBA v Everton

Howard
Coleman Jagielka Distin Baines
--------McCarthy Barry
McGeady Mirallas Pienaar/Oviedo
----------Lukaku

I'd try Mirallas out before the Derby in that role in case Barkley doesn't make it.

Why do you think Mirallas would be good in that role Dave?

Sorry, didn't see this.

Yeah, I think he could be a real driving force from there and maybe have a better understanding of Lukaku's movement than Ross has. I've been critical of his final ball, but he does have most assists to his name. I dont think he has the close control of Barkley, but he's no mug either and he wont be easily stripped of the ball. For the Derby i think it's vitally important you get at their dodgy midfield and rock them back on their heels.

...sure this Catalan clown's reading this forum.

Distin isnt the best against forwards with movement, hes getting pulled around a bit.

Oviedo has been very good, loved his almost slow motion stepover that left one of there lot kicking fresh air.
