I think that at the start of the season no-one would say that Everton after 26 games, would be there - in the top four or top five - but this is well deserved for my team because they are working really well

We worked really hard to be there, and we have to do a little bit more, and this is our target. We have to step up a little bit, [make] more sacrifice, our position is good but unfortunately, it's not the end of the season.

Ancelotti also confirmed he would keep likes of Richarlison, Allan, James and Gomes "safe" at home for the upcoming international break if it means they end up in quarantine. "If they have to quarantine, I will prefer to keep them here.
