The worst thing is that Wolves, Southampton and West Ham were all absolutely dreadful against us and we didn’t get a point.

A new manager bounce alone could have had 9 points there, without us pulling up any trees at all.

That's it we are screwed. With next 2 fixtures coming up it give those teams above a great chance to widen the gap to make it unbreachable.

Cannot see our way out of this.

I’ve avoided coming in here so apologies if I’m going over old ground , that was genuinely shocking yesterday . Another must win game where we’ve simply not turned up.

We played at a testimonial pace despite its importance, not going to defend anyone but I’m not sure what chances DCL was given , the ball didn’t seem to go without about 3 feet of him . Everyone was just appalling and what is certain if the manager asked those players to work for him they didn’t care enough to .

I've just watched the match. A couple of positives: Yeri Mina stayed on the pitch for the full 90 and seemed uninjured. Everton managed to prevent Ings scoring against us for a change. Also on the plus side, the team showed no sign of giving up what seemed to be a lost cause after going 2-0 down.

Some negatives: When WHam scored their 2nd goal there were 6 Everton players and 2 WHam players in our box, how did we manage to concede? Why does Frank never use more than 2 substitutes, hasn't he heard that 5 subs are allowed?

We seemed to be doomed to go down but never say die.

Onana my MoM, but Davies and Mcneil put in a good effort, Pickford made a couple of crucial saves. Mina looked solid.
