I was speaking at work about this.
In the 70/80s it was notes in the back pocket, slummy front.
And normally a comb in the other back pocket.
Obviously after an away match a programme in the back pocket as proof when drinking in town.
Nowadays most folk just have a phone plus keys...which will probably be an app soon or is.

I used my thumb print as a key.

Always the same - Left front pocket is phone and right front pocket is card holder style wallet and cash. Back pockets remain empty.
