Ha, bit obscure for a DJ set. I've been listening to a lot of Daphni/Caribou lately and he mixes in a lot of soul/jazz which actually works great.

I've got a great month of house music coming up. Got Maya Jane Coles, Mount Kimbie, Daphni and Talaboman to look forward to! Daphni is playing all night long too, which should be a bit special.

Went to see the cribs on Fri, they were alright. Seemed like quite angry chaps though.

I saw them last night as my mates band, The Wytches, supported them. I haven't listen to them in years/since the Man's Needs album and thought they were really good, sounded exactly like they did 9 years ago or so. Had a great time tbh, not been to an indie gig like that in years.

Adam & the Ant's Kings of the Wild Frontier @ the Royal Court was one of my first concerts, it was brilliant .. 2 drummers does if for me.

"Blackfoot, Pawnese, Cheyene, Crow, Apache, Arapaho "... was always going to be my answer if ever asked "name 7 native american tribes" on Family Fortunes ... & Sioux of course.

need to check, I"ll get back to you. It was one of those late night music programmes there seem to be a lot of recently. One the other night was about psychedelic rock.
