What are you currently listening to?

I saw them in Manchester a couple of weeks ago. I got way too drunk while watching Ghost and was stumbling when Metallica came on. This stumbling was made worse by the fact we were on the side of the pitch that is a slope. I can only remember about 2/3 of the set, which I'm a bit gutted about. They didnt play Harvester of Sorrow though so I werent happy about that, it also hammered it down.

Harvester was the second highlight for me. Love that song. Wish they played more from Kill’em All, but considering their setlists on the rest of this tour I feel we were very lucky in Trondheim.

Ps - Any idea what`s the best album to start off with ?

Just had a quick look at some of their other stuff and it seems to be right up my street.
I've only really heard a few singles but I've been meaning to go in on them for a while.

The singer really knows his way around a chorus.

In terms of their albums, the podcast I listen to says their 2 best are "After the Party" and "On the Impossible Past".

They have a new album out in October and are touring the UK next year so I'm going to probably start with "On the Impossible Past" because it has the other song I really like from them which is Casey.

After the Party gets belting reviews, so may give that a whirl.

It`s the type of music that the Yanks seem to do so well.
