Saw them live many many years ago at the Royal Court, they blew the place away and the crowd was a full mix of Goths, Rockers, Punks and Football Casuals.

The Cult had a similar following in Liverpool.

You took your life in your hands going anywhere near the front lol

Saw The Cult at Brixton Academy more than 20 years ago and it proper kicked off when She Sells Sanctuary got going. Love those small Royal Court size venues.

Have you listened to the 'Silk to Dry the Tears' compilation that was put together in memory? Some good stuff on there. As is the 100% Silk label in general.
