Delays - Given Time
Used to love these when they were going, got onto them after seeing them support the Manics at the Royal Court.
They had this uplifting pop-rock vibe going for them, but they just never seemed to take off and haven't released anything in over a decade now

From the Delays 2006 'You See Colours' album. Deffo worth a listen if you like this one.
