Station to Station by Bowie. It goes through different phases, especially during the opening track which is sensational.

It's definitely his best album in my opinion.

My fave as well. Not a bad track on it. Seemed to be a mix of funk and Krautrock which was really original at the time. Hasn't dated at all to me.

The Sisters Brothers.

It’d be hard to go wrong with a cast of Joaquin Phoenix, John C Reilly and Jake Gyllenhall. With a cracking performance from the British Riz Ahmed too.

I’d read the book before the film, which is excellent and the film does the book justice.

The two Sisters brothers are hired as mercenaries, to find a chemist, who has developed a secret formula, that can reveal gold on river beds.

It’s very slow for the first hour and a half, but then exposes into life.
