The worst pit injury I've seen was a guy with a busted up nose bleeding everywhere at a Municipal Waste show. It didn't happen during this song - it happened at the end of the set, and they started with this.

I'm not a fan of Stevie's song but this version is incredible. A schmaltzy song transformed by a great artist.
