Any of the scousers on here have a decent knowledge of obscure mid to late 90s bands knocking around the local scene? Found a 1997 CD by a band called Food (John's Holiday) in a charity shop and decided to give it a whirl but I can't find a mention of it or the band pretty much anywhere on the internet.

It's definitely of it's time and I can quite easily picture them supporting The Real People on a Friday night at The Citadel. Just the complete lack of mention anywhere is really quite rare and it's piqued my interest. Most searches for an obscure band at least show some old blog that hasn't been updated in 16 years.
