Honestly sounded like a Hawkwind song at the beginning and then the drums kicked in.

A little anecdote. Just before we moved down to Cornwall me and the missus were having a meal at Bistro Noir on Lark Lane. There was a guy around my age on the next table with a much younger girlfriend and a bit pissed, but we got talking to them as you do. Turns out he was celebrating his birthday. He said he was a drummer in a band. What band I asked, thinking I wouldn't have a clue. I should have guessed really as he'd already told me his name was Ali, but I just didn't recognise him. The fact he was totally bald didn't help. Anyway he was a great guy, very funny with lot's of stories to tell. He was off clubbing afterwards and practically tried to drag us along with them. His young girlfriend was a looker it has to be said.

Massively under rated band.

I never appreciated them until I was older.

It's not 12 months since I posted in here about her crowd funding to self release her first single. Last night Luvcat won best newcomer at the Northern Music Awards held at Liverpool Olympia, a stones throw from where she was brought up. Made up for her.

New band called Keo getting a lot of hype on the London club scene. Very little released as yet but they have a bit of a Wunderhorse sound. I like it.
