Had melted Cheese on Toast followed by a can of Ambrosia Rice Pudding, lovely stuff.

Got a tin of that in my cupboard. I can eat that stuff straight from the tin

Had a few pints before making dinner, while cutting green beans I managed to take of the little corner of my finger and finger nail.. got a plaster etc but the bits are still in the food - do I fess up?

Smoked kippers, mash and white cabbage, liberally dosed with butter.

This morning for breakfast, 2 stale rolls, squashed and toasted on my panini grill with thick smooth peanut butter and a milky coffee.

Straight out of the tin cold with either a little nutmeg or cinnamon mixed in.

Ignore the skanyness, it hurts to wash it!

Somewhere that missing bit of nail and corner of finger is on one of my wife/son digestive system. Actually, could also be in mine
