Defo more proud of the big poo I did later on, but having read the posts so far I didn't want to feel like a copycat.

Got my labwork results back, dropped my LDL cholestorol from 140 to 85 , weight down 10lbs and HbA1c below 7. Eating less and exercising more is paying off - who would have thought it!

Well, I guess it depends on the definition of "proud". Went down the pub last night and fell into a conversation with a delightful and pretty lady from Southport. We got on famously, but her (bellend) husband was well, a bell. "How long you lived here?" "Er, "50 years mate".
"So, you call this pub your local, how far do you live from it?" "Er, 2 minutes walk mate".
"So why havnt I seen you before?" "No idea mate, havnt seen you neither"
She was pretty mind.

After mouths of dieting and exercise, I walked past the mirror today and, for the first time in my life was sincerely happy with what I saw. I've always had a complex about my weight and honesty never expected to ever be happy with how I looked, so to get to the point where I'm not only happy but know I can do better was just the most amazing feeling. I'm beyond chuffed.

I prefer to copy my heroes. When I go for a run I like to have a turn out on someones drive. I often pull my pants down in the pub like my favourite after Keifer Sutherland. Thankfully I always preferred Rey Mysterio to Chris Benoit.
