I read an incredible statistic that over 50 million Americans are on food stamps. EBT (Electronic benefits transfer) they call it. Unfortunately, USA exported its manufacturing economy to cheap labour offshore sites. This has benefited the 'haves'...at the expense of the general society. Well, that's my take on it anyway.
