Use LUCAS OIL STADIUM as an inspiration

I keep hearing shouts about the Lucas Oil, people's tastes in stadia must vary quite a lot as personally I really don't like that design. They've got some job on their hands to come up with a design that will please every Evertonian!

I really like the look for the Portsmouth ground that never was if we go for a modern looking stadium.

The other idea is to drain the dock and build around it and have the pitch below ground so you walk into the stadium and it's a bear pit

Thats not possible mate. Theres always evertonians who will moan even if it would be perfect in other blues opinion.
I love LOSs industrial look. Something like that would suit the docks like no other imho.

I prefer the more modern exteriors myself, but he wanted brick so I showed him an example of a modern brick exterior.
