what the hell is ad's picking up?

Probably opening up a can of worms for myself but what the hell have I been doing that google ads has given me the ad below?

All I kept getting was an ad for PSD Clip, whatever that is.

So I deleted it as irrelevant, then refreshed.

Then I kept getting ebay.
