My or their GF of one year, who I or someone I know moved in with in a share place (sort of temp while I or this other person find something) says.....

...Ive just bought a unit.

What would you do?

You really like the girl but...

...units are very expensive
...you haven't seen it
...your income isn't fixed
...its in a suburb you dont know

advice for this person?
