But why we can't we stay up and "rid" them , why do we have to get relegated to have a clear out . The process would be exactly the same.

Because we’ve had 4-5 years to do so, and it’s not worked out has it?

The squad needs a whole new identity, and maybe the fans need a break from the premier league, to get back to enjoying football, which I don’t think anyone is at present.

Can’t believe I’m typing that, but can’t see a way in which we change our identity other than overhauling and the only way I see that os going down.

Gordon, new contract, Jesus wept.

I know but it's down to the fans to put pressure on. It works. Relegation shouldn't have to be the catalyst. I cant think of a single thing to enjoy about the club anymore not one.

Is playing against Luton or Preston better, not for me.

Can’t explain it mate.
I’d prefer your way, but feel the only way we’ll have the catalyst you’ve mentioned is dropping.
The fans saved us last year (along with a Richarlison), but there’s nothing left, we’re all fed up.

The players simply don’t care enough to get us to safety.

Ye I know what you mean but guarantee if we did it the old fashioned way and protested with our feet rather than bedsheets we would soon see changes

Everton are my most hated club in any league and yet I pay to hate them!

I’m sure it’s not meant to be like this
Bog roll. Half time, and get it over every square foot of turf. That'll explain how toilet we consider it all.

We’ve tried it though, haven’t we?
The club know they’ve got us by the balls, with it being the last season at Goodison next season.

So no one is staying away, because they miss out on a significant piece of our history.

Stinks, gutted mate. All I want is best for the club, and don’t feel it’s reflected in the hierarchy of the club.

Nah not with enough conviction.

We simply can't think that far ahead it's too precarious . It's like floating towards a waterfall thinking about tomorrow's breakfast , ridiculous .

The only change will be if the paying fans stop filling the current stadium

Sadly mate, it won’t happen until we’ve had our first season in Bramley Moore.

People will want to be there for the last/first game.

So whilst I’m with you completely you, it’s a losing battle at the moment, which may sadly be too far off.
