Had a few decent nights at Helter Skelter.

Always remember one time a few miles away from Milton Keynes the coach driver saying to some lads he picked up last that they need to pay.

They offered him a mixture of cash, speed and tablets. He dropped the garies there and then.

When he parked up he put on a high viz jacket, glowsticks and horn. He was going large.

On the way home we did have to stop at the services as he was paranoid the police were following him.

My used to hire a van, stick like 10 in the back, I was the driver.

Never forget a drive home from Stoke, I honestly saw 12 lanes on the motorway, in heavy snow, no idea how we got home.

I think the Happy Mondays gave them a good run for their money with that one.

If they had trouble standing up when they came on, you knew it was time to cut your losses and go home lol

Spacemen 3 could be like that. Although they played sat down anyway just to be on the safe side. Probably the only band of the time that took more drugs than the Mondays, too.
