I’m obsessed with cinnamon swirls, have one most mornings.
 
Turmeric with black pepper is a recommended anti inflammatory
Had a turbo hangover one morning but had to go out first thing on an errand, so once done went to a coffee shop over the road and in a semi drunken stupor saw some Turmeric shots and decided they were just what I needed.
Would have been fit for a bushtucker trial, absolutely grim, however it did kind of sort me out. Possibly in the way a dose of smelling salts would too but certainly helped me out!
