In particular, what was wrong about the statement?

You think we're better off as a club since he tipped up? How are we better off?

Name me 1 single aspect of the club thats NOT better off since he "tipped up", here allow me :

Stadium - Improved
Squad - Improved, if only in terms of "value"
Debts - GONE
Interest on debts - GONE
Lawnmowers - Top of the range

Yeah, I bet City fans felt like we do after 2 years of Mansour.

FFS, the feller's a flim-flam man.

Cash spent on the squad - not his
Club debt - passes from the Pru to the Mosh
Present stadium - can of Crown Paint and two hundred weight of blue gravel
"Future stadium" - still a fantasy.
Lawnmowers - probably.

1) the kit looks terrible, and rumors are we're in for UA, so it's only getting worse
2) fired 3 managers in 3 years (soon), after Kenwright established the most stable management tenure for a PL club not named Arsenal or United
3) managed to create massive disappointment for supporters after Kenwright for years kept disappointment at bay through subjugation of hope

Man City were taken over before Mansour by Thaksin Shinawatra who invested VAST Sums even before Mansour took over, but 2 years after Mansour

Prior to Mansours takeover City finished 14th and 9th, Everton finished 11th and 11th prior to Moshiris takeover
2 years after Mansour City finished 10th and 5th, Everton finished 7th and probably 9th
It took City 4 years to win a trophy, despite having basically a bottomless pit of money, it took City 3 years to crack the top 4

We are very much on track. :coffee::coffee::coffee:

So Moshiri is a man we can equate with a tin pot dictator who near ruined City? I think we're singing from the same hymn sheet.

Dave surely even you can't agree with some of the utter bonkers stuff you come out with? lol
Nothing bonkers about it mate. Two years he's been here and if anyone sees what's happened to the club in that period of time as anything other than disastrous they can be my guest.

It's really obvious this one (unlike during the Kenwright/Moyes era where different views were understandable).

Don't get why others aren't seeing it. We've gone backwards under Mosh. Plain as day.

We're lost as a club. No identity, no squad to speak of, permanent instability in managerial terms, financially disastrous transfer policy, stadium (despite all the current info) a long, long way off.

Isn't Goat comparing Moshri with Mansour, not Shinawatra??

He's just indicated Mansour got a head start that Moshri never got here due to the investment done by Shinawatra.

Shinawatra, the man who invested heavily bought in some big name players before selling them on to Mansour from which they haven't looked back.........Ruined them!!
