My view is not every player is the same, for every Pienaar and Cahill you'll get a Anichebe or a Yakubu. For every Rooney you'll get a Berbatov. I see Anichebe as a laid back player, it's his style of play. He isn't going to run around like James Vaughan, it's just not the way he's built. Does that mean he's got a bad attitude? No.

I don't see him berating players when they do something wrong. When he's angry, it's usually because he's ****ed up himself. He's usually frustrated with his own game.

As for Kenwright, I wouldn't say I'm anti Kenwright. He's hit and miss to me, but that wasn't an option, so I went with WRONG. It could have easily been WRIGHT, but it's the luck of the draw.

Fair comment, maybe we should reserve judgement on Anichebe, or could it be that you seeing him laid back other people will see as lazy? Especially at a club where laziness is seen as a major weakness.

I actually wasn't, I know my answer to that last question was a little bit homo, but it was by far the hardest one. I had to think about what I enjoy most about Everton and that was my answer - going to the big games, the one offs.

When was the last time we won a big game? Obviously we've beaten a couple of the big sides recently, but what did we get from them? 3 points in a season that has ended up going nowhere. We lost big games against Chelsea in both cup competitions in recent years, we lost to Villareal, Fiorentina and Sporting. As a general rule when it's really mattered, particularly in the cups, we've lost out.

2. Do we need to replace Howard? - More top notch competition for his shirt is needed
3. Should we sell Rodwell? - NO
4. Is Yak ever going to be the striker he was last 2 seasons? - Next season , he will be back
5. Was Moyes right to let Vaughan go out on loan? - Yes
6. Does Anichebe have the right attitude for the EPL? - I have my doubts. sold in the summer
7. Can Arteta take a decent corner consistently? - Should have more options than just Arteta. He is v inconsistent at set-pieces
8. Best player at the club? - Pienarr

1. Is the club doing a good job off the field? - Considering financial restrictions, Yes
2. Kenwright or Kenwrong? - Wright.
3. Moyes, good enough or lucky? - Good , but needs financial backing
4. Chang? Is it worth it? - Whats the alternative. Ok so far.
5. Do we need investment to get top 4? - Definately ..It is imperative if we are to push on
6. KEIOC? Good or bad for the club? - Has restrictions , but understand the reasoning.
7. Elstone? Is he doing a good job? - Undecided, but does talk some bollox sometimes
8. Best thing you love about the club?
Everything , tears , laughter , glory and pain...

Do you think Man United and Chelsea would class those two games they lost against us as 'big games'? No, just another 3 points dropped in their challenges for the league title. I'm talking about the games that actually matter in terms of winning trophies or qualifying for a competition. No doubt it feels amazing at the time when we beat one of the top teams, but it's a different feeling when you know that everything is on the line and you come out on top - that's the feeling I want.

L.C.A.B's , all - purpose , not actually answering the questions , synopsis ;

Getting there .
Much , much improved from the beginning of Moyes' tenure . Undoubtably . Moreover , we are approaching the higher echelons , domestically , but I fear we may look back on this year in particular and rue our non-shows at L'pool , Burnley , Hull , Bham at home , ... etc . Fancy playing this year's Chelsea at Wembley for the Cup ???
I know I would .
Furthermore , Europe is miles away - please , resist the urge - . Actually winning it , I mean . That is no condemnation , neither , given our starting point and time-scale , but it is a fact .

Good , can be very good , but also can be bad . Definite improvement and loads of positives , but without doubt , a Work in Progress .
