Pineapple on pizza is just plain disgusting and degrading. But raisins in chocolate - much worse. Pizza is good, but chocolate is great, so the crime is magnified.

Also, how can you take something decent (grapes) and turn it into something disgusting (raisins) - should be a punishable offence right there.

depends on the pizza to be honest, i've had pizza with hawaiian something sauce and i've got to admit pineapple tasted really good there (for anyone in the states, it was at doughboys). we all know the guy who first decided his pizza lacked pineapple and invented it as a topping had to have been gay, but i'll willing to look past that.

raisins on the other hand, don't get me started. pizza is something one would eat for dinner, dinner should be to a degree healthy, so adding some pineapple in there isn't egregious. chocolate is a dessert, and although raisins taste good buy themselves, nothing that you add to chocolate will ever taste as good as the chocolate itself, its just a rule.

In Polynesia a pineapple is the equivalent of a tomato food wise thus it is an essential food stuff and is readily acceptable on pizza.
