When Gomez was back in training after the ankle i remember Ancelotti saying he was fit for the match day squad and it would be Gomez's choice whether to start from the bench or not, however he believed that if it was him he would prefer to get right back in the action and start the game.
With that in mind, all three start, unless of an unknown injury. If they feel fit enough to make the squad they should want to play from the start.
