Stokes response was good:
Pulis told the club's website: "On Saturday Mr Wenger confessed that Stoke deserved to win the game.
"He has now tried to re-write history, his comments certainly made me smile."
Both Adebayor and Walcott were stretchered off during Saturday's game after coming under challenges from Shawcross and Delap respectively.
Adebayor has subsequently been ruled out for three weeks in the injury sustained in Saturday's contest.
At a Champions League news conference on Tuesday, Wenger questioned: "Do you think Delap tried to play the ball when he tackled Walcott? Or that Shawcross tried to play the ball when he tackled Adebayor off the pitch?"
But Pulis has now leapt to the defence of his players.
"Rory is as honest and committed as they come," said Pulis.
"He would never purposely go out to injure a fellow professional, don't forget not so long ago Rory was sitting in a hospital bed with a double fracture."
On Adebayor, Pulis added: "As I recall Emmanuel Adebayor was booked for a chest-high challenge on Ryan Shawcross." Pulis also reminded Wenger that Robin van Persie was dismissed for striking Stoke goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen.
"There was only one red card on Saturday and the last time I watched the game it was not a Stoke player who received it," said Pulis.
Midfielder Delap has also protested his own innocence over the incident that caused England international Walcott to leave the field with his arm in a sling.
He told BBC Radio Stoke: "It was a tired tackle. I was trying to get the ball but he was too quick for me.
"I wish him all the best and I will try and get to see him."
