I'm not sure about Bilic, he struggled in Russia. I question Laudrups loyalty. I'm not sure what Pereira has done post Porto.

De Boer would be an excellent choice, and is in the Martinez mould. Thomas Tuchel would also be a brilliant choice to help bring on the younger players we have at our disposal.

De Boer has been brilliant at bringing through young players at Ajax, even when he has had to sell his bets players (like Blind) her has out faith in younger players. IN honesty those skills will be essential for any Everton manager.
