Neil Lennon needs to prove himself a bit longer imo. He looked to have really made a difference to Bolton for a number of weeks. Now its gone a bit down recently. Got a lot of injuries I believe. They prefer him big time to Dougie Freedman. Getting him now would be jumping the gun. We need to learn from our Roberto mistake.

What about Ryan Giggs with Rhodri as his assistant? Could even have Imgoen Thomas in the physio role giving the lads handjobs if they perform well.
