Finishing 8th with Fulham wasn't exactly poor.

I think he's a decent manager overall, but his teams do seem to draw an awful lot, and his spell at QPR was terrible.

Still Unai Emery for me.
Hughes is a bit of a placeholder manager for me. He'll do a decent job, might get you to have an above-average season, but it'll eventually end in tears. For instance, I can never see him managing a team with legitimate CL aspirations.

Emery is a good shout.

I think he needs to have his own side, I must admit I am shocked by the lack of input the coaching staff seem to have with Martinez, especially the defensive coaches.
I'd like to see Sheeds more involved especially for the likes of Stones,Browning,Ledson who are on the cusp of the squad,he's done a fantastic job since returning to the club IMHO,but as you say if their input isn't taken on board by the manager,whats the point?
