I think he's a decent manager overall, but his teams do seem to draw an awful lot, and his spell at QPR was terrible.

Hughes is a bit of a placeholder manager for me. He'll do a decent job, might get you to have an above-average season, but it'll eventually end in tears. For instance, I can never see him managing a team with legitimate CL aspirations.

Emery is a good shout.

Dunc's disappointed me so far with his influence or lack of it on the first team,we have lacked passion which I thought he would have drummed into the team as a guarantee.

I think his influence can be seen in rom's play lately.

I'd like to see Sheeds more involved especially for the likes of Stones,Browning,Ledson who are on the cusp of the squad,he's done a fantastic job since returning to the club IMHO,but as you say if their input isn't taken on board by the manager,whats the point?
