What shouldn’t be overlooked is what a load of the players are doing right now. There’s some utter shithouse performances in dat der royal blue shert lar... a whole shitshow of inept and half arsed performances on the field game after game. It’s absolutely human to be prone to poor periods of form and motivation but ask yourself how many of them are really having a go? I try and swerve internet chit chat about losing the dressing room and playing to spite their manager as it’s usual horse [Poor language removed]. But they shouldn’t be let off when the Martinez’s personal Rome is falling around him.

Davek: the players may have different names over the newxt few years but they'll be of the same standard. The key thing immediately is the placing of a person who can motivate a very mixed bag to do the best for the club.

I'll break this down nice and simple for you

1) I didn't want Martinez in the first place
2) I praised him last year (as such i made a mug of you in a previous thread that you just "ignored"), and put my view across when he got things wrong
3) This season has been a shambles, so much so that I raised this point after the palace game that something didn't look and feel right
4) Since then he has refused to identify and rectify the situation which got me to questionning his ability to manage our club
5) The truly awful Christmas period has solidified my stance that the man has the lost it, the plot, the players; he has no ideas

He has not rectified an ongoing situation which is plain for everyone to see because of his stance on how he wants to play football. Hence the statement that if he grew a pair of balls, went back to basics he may be able to save his skin

By the way, any movement on my questions?????

You barely praised (if at all) his efforts last season
You were first on the scene in this slide to demand his dismissal.
