Looks like Carraghers long lost Baltic Cousin

Easy to say when the current incumbent is on a bad run though mate.

Who's to say your suggestion would've done better/the same/worse?

Really? (To both)

Bilic robbed the club by pretending to be injured but playing for Croatia.

I would question Bilic too. He could do it for free for a season as he owes us a wedge!

Thats just football though, its an odds game. My biggest worry of Martinez was how open and weak Wigan were at the back, it petrified the life out of me. Last year i thought, calibre of player at the club is obviousy having a major impact on his way. Then small cracks started appearing, and it all started when teams started pressing us at the back and we really struggled to get any momentum. But i thought, his ideasm the way he talks about the game, he'll have different options, nope, the same way of playing regardless.

I personally wanted a European manager with a credible background; i touted Rudi Garcia before Roma along with a few others. They may have done worse, but like i said, its an odds game

Personally I think we need to go for a strict disciplinarian who can teach the playing squad to play for the jersey. I'm sick of watching the team idle round the pitch with a titty lip on. A strict no nonsense manager wouldn't be having none of these nancy pancy injuries. He'd have them forgetting they had hamstrings and launching into tackles in an instant. He would also need to deal with the likes of young Luke Garbutt by ANALISING him in his very first training drill at Finch Farm so the rest of the team got the message about toeing the line.

Dont get the whole Bilic love in, did decent with a national side but has barely pulled up trees in average leagues, teams dont play that decent football and hes a horrible (t-word) who mugged us off for a fortune

When Roberto joined and immediately we signed 4 wigan players I was worried - A club aspiring to be top 4 does not need to be buying 4 players from a relegated club ( but tbh McCarthy has been a great signing). I think his first season was pure fluke - a solid defense from the Moyes era mixed with enthusiasm at playing for a new manager and a mix of the old and new tactics + players like Barry fighting for new contracts - made the perfect storm.

I hope I'm wrong and we improve massively under Bobby I just don't see it.

One manager who I would like who is very realistic:

Harry Redkapp.

British
Knows the league
Contract runs out end of the season I think
Got top 4 with Spurs

yes he bankrupts clubs but that's only when the owner throws money at him that ain't happening with kenwright

Please, No

I'm becoming increasingly concerned that this is the perfect summary.

Nobody at the minute, ride it out and sit down at the end of the season. We finish below 13th then bill has to realise something is wrong. We shouldn't be going down, this is a blip were not getting the rub of the green. As long as we manage to keep out of some sort of relegation scrap then sit down. Nobody out there for me.

But were are in the relegation scrap, forget Leicester they're dead men walking, we on the other hand are as yet only stumbling 5pts separate 8 teams and if you take out villa just above us 4 Pts from 7 teams
