Need someone who the players respect otherwise we'll be exactly in the same place with someone else. They need to be a proven winner who demands a wining mentality from his players and makes life difficult for some of them. If someone comes in who is just counting themselves lucky to be in the prem and work with such experienced 'stars' like Jags and Baines then we will be going nowhere a this group of players will just slack off to the minimum expectation required from them as has been seen this season. We need a dictator to weed out the losers and the slackers.

If Martinez is going to be replaced soon then it needs to be with a manager with whom is on current form, or has been in the past say 2 years. It's a great thing to look at a manager and base everything on past glory's from many moons ago and say 'well he's won this and won that'. That was then, tactics change as well as peoples ideas.

Tbf we lost 3-0 at home to wigan. I doubt a guy with his sort of money would need to throw a match maybe if he was a league 1/2 manager
