Age doesn't bother me with strikers, as long as they can score goals week in week out that's good for me.

Its more mileage than anything. An example being that I think most USA players peak at 30-32 because thanks to the low fixture list in MLS and having the luxury to sit out matches when you are not 100% because playoffs.

Honda is a very good player. It isn't just hype

He would only be coming here to raise his profile though. Soon as someone "bigger" than us came along, he'd be off. That being said, we would still get 2-3 years out of him and he would strengthen our squad (As well as raise the club profile in Japan. It's always nice to have more T-Shirt money)
