Who does your dad support?

Since the late 19th century if anyone in the family(Dads side) supports Everton it is the foundation of a strong and true, happy life.

If they choose to support anyone else then they become the foundation for a kitchen extension.

McBains dad is a pie-eater ?
so you got loads of rels in these parts then ? if so which bit of Wigin, i'm in the Wigin borough but have a total dislike for them tbh, i live close to Leigh and the 'rivalry' goes back to the days of Cromwell.

My old boss is from Wigan, he was living in Ashton (think it was -in-Makerfield, not the Manchester 1) now, know anyone called Neal?

My dad was brought up around the Peterborough area , so followed the Posh. My mum has always had a soft spot for Stoke....haven't a clue why.
Oh n my ex-wife was an Evertonian , so at least we had something in common...

Everton, hasn't been much since the 80's, Mum was a RS and had a season ticket when she was younger, now supports 'both' but Everton because of us, Brother, 2 uncles and aunty Everton season ticket holders, My Grandad supports Everton but has had season tickets for Villa, Brum, West Ham, Fulham and a few others when he was younger

All of my mums family are blue, everyone except my dad is a red on his side

My dad supported Roda Kerkrade (:rant::rant:) in his younger years and also has a soft spot for Ajax ((n)(n)(n)). Having me as his son, meant he had to give up those bastards playing in yellow/black, too keep it a happy family.:D(y) Only arguments we have now is when Ajax is playing in Europe and I'm always on the side of their opponents.

My old man supports Leicester.
When i was younger he did try and get me to follow them as well, but after he saw how upset i was when Everton lost to Leicester in the Zenith data systems cup, he saw that it was futile.
What a crap competition it was anyway.

Everton, brought and raised Blue.

We joke a lot about how he could have made my life a lot ******* easier by being a Brazilian United fan.

My family is so F***** up, my dad was born in salford so he's supports manure as does my older bro, my younger bro supports rs and my sister is an evertonian like me

I'm the first in my family to support a football team but you can bet that my kids will be supporting Everton.

They already know that the red team is "bad."

"Daddy, we don't like Liverpool do we?"

"No son."

"We like Everton right?"

"Yes son."

"Yeah, we don't like that red team."

(Turns on TV and Manchester United is playing.)

"Hey dad, there's that red team that we hate."

"Well that's not the same red team son but you can hate them too."

"Daddy, what are they called."

"That's Manchester United."

"We don't like Manchester United."

"No son, we don't."

"We don't like Manchester United or Liverpool."

"Right son."

It's a work in progress.
