Keane for me. I’ve never rated him and if I’m honest he’s still not really the type of player I like at centre half, but in this set up he’s been consistently good for ages now. DCL not far behind, honourable mention for James who’s been unbelievable at times. Surprised anyone else has got a vote to be honest, don’t think anyone else has come close.

Ended up going for Lewin, imagine how many goals he would have now if we hadn't started parking the bus and leaving him isolated up front.

DCL stopped scoring on a regular basis when James got injured. Coincidence?

I hope he reads GOT mate and this motivates him enough to start scoring and stop tripping over himself on the one on one runs he keeps getting a chance to make.

Keane or Doucoure. I think Doucoure's impact is understated, plays several roles at once. Keane edges it maybe, he's been consistently boss

I'm surprised to see people saying Doucoure. Just because hes a bit more competent than the shocking midfielders that we are used to doesn't mean he is player of the year.

Keane for me with DCL a close second.

I went Doucs simply because it delights me to have a midfielder who can run as much, if not more than the opposition. Got sick of watching the arthritic slugs in our midfield last year.

Really Keane in 3rd? Digne injured for 6 weeks, Keane has been exceptional and even has 4 vital goals, Allan has been brilliant, dcl superb but it’s Keane easily

Yeah, probably a recency bias with my vote. But I made it because he gives us something we were obviously lacking. Plus forums are better if there's a diversity of opinion.

No issues whatsoever if Keane or DCL in particular win.
