Who is the worst Everton player you have seen in the Premier League era?

I refuse to call rondon a bad player, I'm waiting to see him involved and participating in a game before I pass judgement, the ball boys has had more input this season.

Van Der Meyde was a very good player but so off his face for most of the time we rarely got to see him perform anywhere near his ability.

We've had players who can barely put one foot in front of another.

Agree, people seem to taking into account the fact we paid 30+ million for him, the fact we spunked too much money on him doesn't make him the worse player of the premier.league we have had.

Rondon for a start, and if you go back a little we had dross like Martina, Alcaraz etc.

Tony Thomas, kroldrop, and Thomson, stand out as being really rubbish for different reasons.
But none wind me up more than iwobi .
Rondon has done nothing on current form either.
I would sooner have strak or the Prince for that matter , so shows how bad he has been.
How some of that lot ever pulled on an Everton shirt I will never know.

I should clarify my vote for Iwobi is more of a "pound-for-pound worst signing" rather than worst player.

Obviously the likes of Straq, Brett Angel, Nyarko, Martina, Leandro Rodriguez are all arguably League 2 standard or worse.

If no one has suggested adding Royston Drenthe to the list, can I nominate him please? I never once understood what was he doing here?

I’d see it like this. Drenthe and Iwobi are clean through on goal, you have to put your life on one of them scoring.

Still a chance we get a few million for Iwobi. Bolasie was about the same cost and just sat here for 5 years apart from some loans where we probably still had to pay most of his wages.
