Who should replace Frank Lampard?

I`m leaning more towards getting Postecoglou from Celtic... just think he`d do a good job and has won everywhere he has been. A Premier League team will take a punt on him and reap the rewards.

At the time I thought he was a pretty horrific appointment for Celtic but it’s impossible to deny he’s done a fantastic job . My concerns are twofold really , the difficult managers from Scottish football seem to have making the transition down here but also watching Celtic his style . The style of football he plays doesn’t seem remotely suited to the personnel we have available, with a summer window and pre season that might be easier but if worry how his non stop pressing high energy pressing style would suit what we’ve got . Not to mention fullback wise with Patterson’s energy we’re hardly set up for them to drive the attacks forward . It’s also not like he seems willing to change this style when he’s in Europe , he seems wedded rather than pragmatic.

That’s not me being negative about this bloke or the attacking football he plays just how it’d fit here

Exactly Allardyce has never suffered relegation while managing a team! Lol.
Guess who has Dyche!!! Makes sense let’s go with him lol!! Let me smash my head please make it make sense
You might want to tell West Brom fans that he’s never been relegated because I’m sure they’re playing in the championship not the prem @Littlesue

I listened to an interview with Sean Dyche where he was confronted with Burnley's style of play and how he was more or less considered a dinosaur. He replied that Burnley had a very limited budget, but despite that he had led them to the PL, kept them up for several years, and achieved European play.

He said there was a significant difference between being manager of Burnley and other big clubs, and he would not set up the style of play in the same way at those clubs. That would have been madness. His philosophy is to create a system that gets the best out of the players, and in which they can develop. He also has a very interesting leadership style that should be read by more people.

I like Dyche, in a world full of Guardioler and pseudo talk, he is refreshingly straight forward. I also think he has earned the opportunity to join a bigger club. The question is whether he actually has the ability to develop his style of play, so that it is both effective and accepted by the fans, because this is an unknown factor.

Then we have the success that Kompany is having with Burnley now with a far more ambitious style of play. But if we were to sack Lampard, then he should be considered. I think there are very few managers of star quality who are willing to risk their careers to take over Everton in this day and age. What I am 99.99% sure of is that Sean Dyche is a massive upgrade from Frank Lampard, he is approachable, and not afraid of challenges.

We are not too good for Allardyce. Our team is trash so let allardyce put them in their place and do what we need to do to survive. He can start the clear out in the summer after we survived.
Allardyce fell out with Moshiri and Kenwright, so why do you think they would they would re-employ him? Allardyce has also retired from professional football also he couldn't survive in his last PL job what makes you think he will now?

This is refreshing. People in his position just cannot win in football anymore. The job he did at Burnley cannot be argued with. Maybe people were expecting regular Champions League football and a title challenge from them, on a budget that would embarrass many Championship sides.

Very interesting.

I had always assumed that Dyche was a one dimensional manager.
