Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Thought maybe one day he could be our manager if he continues doing well. Not sure if a mess like us is suitable for an inexperienced manager thiugh
No a bad shout, he’s as experienced as Lampard Tbf. I’m not convinced the league you manage in is as big a deal as your actual tactical nous and ability to set a team up. Parachuting into a relegation fight though, that’s a tall order for anyone.
Can’t do much worse than Lampard.

Whoever we replace him with can’t be sacked if we get relegated. It’s an important appointment. Dyche is the obvious one for me.
If we're bringing in a manager with one eye on the very real possibility of having to rebuild in the Championship I'd be very cconfused if we went for Dyche, doesn't seem the obvious choice to me in that regard whatsoever

It’s unbelievable that we haven’t made changes.

If I was Moshiri I would be offering a huge salary to one of Tuchel or Poch, £7.5m for 18 games?

With a £10m bonus if we stay up. No obligation to stay either way, but naturally an option to continue if all parties want to.

Who’s going to turn that down? It would be the most lucrative 5 months either manager could have.

2 weeks to bed in the manager and 10 days to go for signings before the home game against Arsenal.

Why? Got Burnley promoted twice

I don't think we are in any position to give away that type of money

lol

If the replacement is someone like Dyche or Nuno, we may as well keep Lampard. Maybe that’s why he’s still in a job?

I get that point, but I'd consider offloading a player for a few million and use that to pay for the manager. It's less risk than going for an unproven manager.

Look at what Ancelotti did - now, we're not going to get his quality again, but we need a catalyst for change.

You would seriously hope that the board have made serious contingency plans and, if necessary, put initial feelers out, so it is a quick and clean process.

But this is Everton, so...
