Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Let's face it though going to Brighton is like comparing against a completely different sport. The pressure which is understandably high even there is miniscule compared to what is here. We break managers and players alike in minutes, you can see them visibly age like they've switched to dog years.

Which in a way is mad considering we havent won a trophy in nearly 30 years.
I said this the other day about the fella at brentford. I think they went on a 15 game run without a win under him. Im sure there were rumblings. But if that had been here. He'd be long gone.
No idea if lampard is a long term keep. Always that thing in the back of your mind nipping away saying what if he isn't and we are flogging a dead horse needlessly. And then what if he is. But needs time.
Cant keep sacking managers though.

far from it, the legitimate ones have been voted for heavily. the rest i added as a wind up on the advice of @chicoazul

if you think anyone else is in the running you dont know Everton

Who do you want? Tuchel? Simeone? Poch?
But that is exactly our problem though, we will just look at the 'PL experience' list rather than actually scatter the net wide and look for someone who might actually be better suited to the role longer term. We do it time and time again and get nowhere with it.

So the grey haired Scot gets sacked from Wham for only achieving 14 points and gets appointed to us also on 14points?
What a dispiriting, demoralising and unimaginative turn of events that would be.
But entirely fitting for our ongoing never ending clown show.
Agree mate, I'm quite taken aback by how many seem to want him back here, spent £150m this summer and it's not worked at all in the league for him and his team and decisions are getting booed off in games. Their little run in Europe is keeping him in a job at the moment as some of the hammers fans are getting pretty twitchy down here.

Yeah agree perreria was more qualified, had won things and had more management experience.

There were other concerns about him though, he clearly has talent but him jumping around clubs might suggest he upsets boards
Think it’s more he hasn’t had a managerial appointment to get him into a top league or team yet and he’s slipping out of the minds of being a worthwhile manager so he’s trying to get a foothold wherever he can and climb the ladder as fast as he can instead of building a reputation
