That is not the Everton way. Sorry. You can draw anyone from a lesser league who you pay handsomely. This is not the list.

Yeah but a lot of that was on Lukaku himself. No he won’t. He had Lukaku and still struggled. We have maupay. Stop dreaming.
Not saying it's what I want to happen, but if Martinez was first choice last time and the barrier was him wanting to take Belgium to the World Cup, then he'll be right at the top of the list this time too.
I can see the argument for him: his deficiency was organising a defence but with the experience of Pickford, Coady, Tarkowski and Gueye back there they should be able to self-organise to a large extent. The big issue is the co-ordination of our attacking play and that's where Bobby could probably improve us.
But the big issue is our attacking players just don't have much more in them and need to be improved to survive.
Yeah but a lot of that was on Lukaku himself.
Don't forget this time he could bring Henry with him.
A lot has changed since then. We're not viewed as a club you can quickly get to Europe anymore. So were Koeman and Silva.
Brentford are not in our league stature wise neither can they pay the wages we would offer.
That's not true (anymore)You blatantly have no knowledge about him without having to Google it
That Everton team was the best we had in the premiere league era and yet he couldn’t deliver.Yeah but a lot of that was on Lukaku himself.
Don't forget this time he could bring Henry with him.
Ancelotti never managed Preston.True that, our last good appointment was from Preston
No idea, I don't know world football. Don't really know lower leagues either.Fine name them and I’ll add to poll if they're credible - but remember this is Everton we don’t do thinking outside the box
I honestly think that the only joy in football for a lot of Evertonians these days is the thrill of a managerial hunt.
Its spectacularly 'kin sad.
As said elsewhere:
3 weeks ago the fanbase were screaming about SOOPER FRANKIE LAMPARD.
What a palaver.
Just grow a pair for once and get behind your manager FFS.
