Who should replace Frank Lampard?

My criteria here is that we need someone who has demonstrated an ability to improve sides. I've got no real preference tbh, but he's the only one I've seen mentioned who, when you look at their records, has a track record of instantly getting better results out of any team he's taken over. It's maybe a bit short term, but are we in a position to be thinking about a project at the moment? I'd love to, but think we maybe need to be more pragmatic than that
Lucien Favre is another one

"Ok Dunc, we didn't hire you last time because you had literally no experience. You left the club to get more experience, how'd that go?"

"Oh, splendid, I won the Champions League with Wimbledon"

"Ah, perfect, time to bring you back in!"

Time for the club to get this done should already have list ready to go. Really hope they get the right man this time and have finally backed away and let the dof do it this time

Lucas Digne was the only creative player we had left and we got rid of him. I just think you cabt force someone to leave, Ronaldo had a multi billion pound offer on the table I don't think he needed much encouragement to leave
Digne was very creative in not being able to defend.

... whoever it may be, it will be like Groucho Marx appearing on The Gong Show...

...I would make the owner & whole board walk from town to the new ground in penance so they have a clear head for decision making and understand what a football fan really is.
