Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Why do I keep reading that “Moshiri is in talks with….”?! What the hell is that absolute fruit loop doing ANYWHERE near the decision making for our next manager?!

This whole process should be led primarily by Kevin Thelwell in his role of Director of Football, assisted by Sharp (as much as I dislike the guy now, Sharp was brought in to “provide valuable input into the Club’s football strategy”). Once they have a short list, they should then approach the rest of the board (Kenwright/DBB/Ingles) to ratify, and try and get the deal over the line.

The last thing we need is Moshiri going mental Lone Ranger mode with his splatter gun approach, no doubt on the “advice” of that absolute cockroach Kia Joorabchian.

In a twist of fate that only Everton could provide Graeme Sharp resigns his role as non executive board director to use his experience as manager of Oldham to steer the club away from relegation. Bill from the boys pen is sobbing at the theatre of it all and hopes that Sharpie can keep us up and he can then get a new theatre run to replace blood brothers.

He was willing to coach in the Russian league and although our position is bleak , managing in the premier league has a draw so it might be a rare chance he'd be up for the most challenging position in his life
Thelwell would be well aware of him as well being in the Red Bull family....... That would be my second choice behind Tuchel....

Please lets get a good manager!!! I think Bielsa would be the wrong guy, there is alot of quality on the market.
