It's bothering me if you believe the media that Everton's rushing to get someone in for Friday. Why? I'd rather they take a bit longer and make the right call. They won't of course but it's their fault that it's so rushed as they decided to axe Lampard at this time rather than weeks before Christmas. I'd rather we don't rush in
to another long term manager. Not liking Bielsa vibes.

He was only there for 11 games and when he left they were only in 6th place, it was due to other reasons it didn't work. He is exactly what we need at the moment as he has proven he can make average players better, look at what he did with Huddersfield and now West Brom. It's essentially school of Bielsa but with a bit more awareness about it from a defensive stand point.
