Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Sack sack sack , we've got to stop I know where your coming from my lad went down to Bournemouth and this performance is not on , but chopping and changing can't be the answer we will end up like Watford
We can't just stay with a manager who will take us down out of embarrassment of sacking too many managers.

Watford are a different one, they were overachieving by being in the premier league as long as they did, the constant recycling of managers worked for them by their own standards and it helped keep them in the league longer than they should.

Watford as a club were set up better for swapping of managers, with less of an exodus of full club staff leaving.

Oooor they’re actually going to give a manager time to turn things round for once, this break could be the game changer we needed to reset and readjust

And if it isn't we've wasted the greatest opportunity to bring a new manager in and give him time with the squad to improve on the 3 wins in 15 league games.

I don't think we will be, but we could be 20th by the end of 2022. Bottom entering the new year. Would require us to lose at home to Wolves - very achievable given we will probably have no striker - and then follow it up with an Expected Defeat against City, plus Wolves to grab at least a point at home to United.

In any case, if we lose both, we'll most certainly be in the bottom three, and that's surely got to be it for Lampard. You cannot persist with a manager whose points-per-games record over his entire time at the club has been relegation-worthy with no sign of improvement at all.

The club won't sack him though. They'll give him one signing in January with the hope of striking gold, putting all of their eggs into one basket and hoping it's enough, which it probably won't be as we get our signings so wrong, so often.

They'll rue not having sacked him prior to the World Cup.

These last few weeks without having to watch Everton have been bliss - if only there were a few more months where we didn't have to give the club a second's thought.

Totally agree. Clown should of been gone after Bournemouth do you think any top team would accept two back to back defeats by a newly promoted team…
Really hope we get a manager before the window that’s not English and can scout talents outside of England. We don’t have a lot of money so looking international may be the key here.

Agree 100% mate.
He should by now be starting to show at least the green shoots of improvement.
In the circumstances , the work in the last transfer window was good (although we should have got another striker in).
It is worrying that our attacking threat is actually diminishing as time progresses.
Its football, yep work all week have a plan A, but a plan B to go to sharpish.
England last night, played a couple of ways.We got Coady, Towko's, we got midfield beasts Onana, Iwobi, burst through.
Got Pickfords distrabution, AG and DG , we just aint got the lad Dia Senegal had.
Mix it up
Over coached Not managed.

Duncan Ferguson can manage a team on the field, a game.Hive a rally call for the cause.
Frank aint got the personality, his body language all wrong.
Took Chelsea down the League, taking us down the league, worse than last season.
So give it to Duncan for X mas, New year.
Nowt to lose folks. If he does ok, give him Jan, if its going bad line up the nanager.
Not Martinez.
Pottichino.

Mate, Franks touchline style dont suit Everton, Goodison Park, lets tell it how it is.
Moyes, gave bollockings on the field, showed his anger at his players not doing what they should be.
Simione
Conte
Klopp
Tuchal
Mourinhio.
OK Carlo was Carlo, but ya out, off not picked.
Duncan has got a bounce, a result, a spirit into the lads.
He has served his time.
Let him have a small window, even Jan to.
Cant do much worse than Frank 3 in 15.

If we’re bottom going into the new year then yes, of course he’ll be sacked.
