Roberto Mancini would be my albeit unrealistic choice with his own choice of coaching staff.

I can see it being a Lampard or a Rooney though, lumped with the cosy gang, who at this stage have literally no vested interest in the success or failure of the team since they face no consequences either way.

I'm staggered that so many want Rooney as manager. Would honestly rather get Big Sam or Martinez to come back instead of Rooney.

When we new he was on his way the cry was for a manager to unit the fans 60-70 pages in and it’s already so devided not surprised with the names on offer and I really can’t think of a name that everyone would be happy with, they will all say they will get behind the next manager until it all goes to crap after 3-4 games
