I’d have had Gerrard, Scholes or Lampard in their prime magnificent footballers mate, absolutely amazing.

I just am trying to live in a real world where we don’t necessarily have to try “Prem” experience.

I’ve followed German football a long time. Kovac was great at Eintracht, Favre was great initially at Hertha and the monchengladbsch, Then did great at Nice.

I feel in terms of pedigree and appeal they’re the best we can get. But I fully expect it to be a British manager.

As I've said, I have heard of Favre and kovac, but as far as I'm aware neither of them are not in our list, but willing to take your word on that, your right we never seem to try someone totally new outside of the Premier league, but when you think over the years, that's where the success has come from. Mourinho, Klopp, etc and right now we could do with a more experienced manager in, rather than say Rooney, who seems very new to the manager scene but would be the popular vote amongst our supporters because of his roots.

Fair. I don't really mind provided it's not Nuno. He was out of his depth at Tottenham after 2 minutes in the job, his style of football is horrific, why on earth we might be interested is beyond me. It's embarrassing having his name associated with us.
