Same agree just dont think he will have the motivation to build a teqm here. Dont need anymore short term signings which i think he would want. Really need somebody to come in and get a fixed style of play and rebuild

I’d sooner Potter, or Kovac, but it’s not going to be them… with that in mind, I’m really warming to the idea of Rooney.

Yeah it’s a gamble, but who isn’t? And he’s definitely shown something in his time at Derby. The circumstances he’s had to deal with make us look well-run.
